Your company already knows.
It just can't remember.
Shark reads the emails, notes and documents your business already produces, and keeps track of what was decided, who owes what, and what is quietly slipping — with the exact sentence it came from, every time.
The cost of forgetting
Nothing here is a failure of effort.
It is what happens when the record of a business lives across a thousand messages and no one person can hold it all.
9 days
The commitment nobody remembered
A promise made in an email thread in week one, overdue by week three. Nothing was neglected — it simply left everyone's head.
€20,000
The number two documents disagree on
The proposal says one figure, finance has another. Both are written down. Nobody has read them side by side.
0
Meetings with a recorded outcome
The conversation happened, the decision was made, and a fortnight later nobody can say what was agreed or who owns it.
Live preview
A real workspace, running in your browser.
This is the actual interface, loaded with a fictional company's documents — pick the industry closest to yours. Then drop in one of your own: PDF, Word, text or Markdown is read, extracted and scored here on your machine. It is never sent to us, and no other visitor can reach it.
Voss Industrietechnik GmbH — An ERP rollout, a compliance review and two documents that disagree on the contract value.
How it works
Three steps, and none of them are yours.
01
It reads what you already have
Emails, meeting notes, proposals, internal memos. No new process, no one filling in a tracker.
02
It proposes — never decides
Decisions, commitments, risks and facts are extracted as proposals, each quoting the sentence it came from. A person confirms.
03
It ranks what actually matters
One urgency score across every category, so an overdue promise outranks a low risk instead of sitting in a different tab.
What it does
Built to be checked.
An assistant that handles your company's record has to be auditable, or it is just another thing to verify.
Every claim shows its source
Nothing is asserted without the sentence it came from, and a confidence score. You can always check the work — which is the difference between a tool you trust and one you second-guess.
Contradictions surface themselves
When two documents disagree on a number, a date or a name, Shark says so and shows both. That is a finding, not an error to smooth over.
Gaps are found by rules, not guesses
Commitments with no owner, meetings with no outcome, questions with no reply. Deterministic checks — no model deciding what counts as a problem.
Answers you can audit
Ask a question in plain language and get an answer built only from your documents, with the passages it used highlighted underneath.
Nothing is auto-confirmed
Extraction proposes; a person decides. Shark is a coworker who drafts, not an automation that acts on your behalf without asking.
Built for what you cannot send away
The architecture is local-first by design — the preview on this page runs entirely in your browser, and for deployments your documents can stay inside your own network.
Who it is for
Any team whose memory is its product.
Professional services
Client commitments live in inboxes across the team. Shark keeps one account-level record of what was promised and by when.
Engineering and delivery
Decisions get made in meetings and lost by the next sprint. Shark keeps the decision, the rationale and the owner together.
Compliance and operations
Questionnaires, renewals and audit requests have deadlines that arrive quietly. Shark surfaces them before they are late.
Engagement
Start with one team.
Shark is sold as a deployment, not a download. Every engagement starts with a pilot on your own documents, because that is the only honest way to know whether it earns its place.

Questions
The ones worth asking.
Does my data leave our systems?+
The preview on this page never sends your documents anywhere — it runs entirely in your browser, and anything you upload stays on your machine. The only request it makes is for Ask Shark, which sends your question and the few matching passages so the answer can be phrased. For real deployments, Shark is designed to run inside your own network.
Can other people see what I upload here?+
No. There is no shared server holding preview data, so there is nothing for another visitor to reach. Your sandbox lives in your browser's own storage and disappears when you clear it.
Does it act on my behalf?+
No. Shark drafts and proposes; a person confirms. Replies are written but never sent without approval, and nothing extracted from a document is treated as fact until someone accepts it.
How does it avoid making things up?+
Every extracted item quotes the sentence it came from, and answers are built only from passages retrieved out of your own documents. When the documents do not contain an answer, it says so rather than filling the gap.
What file types does it handle?+
The preview reads PDF, Word (.docx), plain text and Markdown — all parsed in your browser, so your file still never leaves the machine. Scanned PDFs with no selectable text are the one exception, since Shark reads text rather than images. A deployment handles email and calendar files as well.
Is it available now?+
Yes. The preview on this page is live and is the real interface — pick an example industry, or drop in your own documents. Full deployments on your own data are running with pilot customers; talk to us if you want one.
Stop rereading your own inbox.
Bring us a month of your real documents and we will show you what your business already decided — and what it quietly dropped.
